The purpose of the detector is to detect attempted intrusion through the
fence constructed of welded metal mesh. The height of the fence is 2,5 m. The
device detects vibrations caused by cutting through the fence or by climbing
over it. The detector provides the protection of 2 adjoining sectors. The
maximum length of each sector is 250 m. The detector detects vibrations using a
sensing element, i.e. a cable with the central spiral electrode. These
vibrations produce electronic signals with the specific frequency range. It
provides the efficient frequency selection of the signal components typical only
for an intruder.
